The Holmes® aer1 Desktop Air Purifier with HEPA-Type Filter captures particles as small as 2 microns from air passing through the filter, and operates quietly to remove up to 99% of airborne particles such as pollen, dust, mold, pet dander, and smoke, providing relief from odor and irritants in the air so you can breathe comfortably. The air filter also offers 30% better dust elimination than traditional Type A HAPF30 filters at clean air delivery rate passing through the filter. You can see the particles being accumulated through the Visipure Air Filter Window, and this Holmes® air purifier has a filter reminder, so you know when it's time to change the filter. The space-saving design easily fits in any corner of the room, leaving clean and crisp air all around your home. The optional ionizer also helps to ensures smaller particles are more easily captured, and helps tackle odors.

I bought my Holmes three weeks ago with the smokers filter. My husband and I smoke in our 5 wheeler and stale smoke stays in the trailer. Bad. This little baby does the job. I will never go with out one again. Best money I ever spent and no more candles.LOVE IT

Happy Customer
My son has pretty severe allergies so I thought buying this product would help. The day I purchased this I put it in his room on level 2 and shut his door. Well that evening I walked in his room and noticed the difference. The air just seemed lighter as if I just walked outside and took a deep breath of fresh air. After the first night he told me that he was less restless and he could actually breathe through his nose for the first time in a long time. I am very pleased that I purchased this purifier

Totally impressed!
I now have 6 of these for use in medical exam lanes. Originally bought two for the fans "white noise". Was not really expecting much from the HEPA features but then noticed that it clears the room from heavy perfume and other odors in less than a minute. Originally bought 2 and then ordered 4 more.

I recently bought this for my office and on settings 1 and 2 it is very quiet. Setting 3 is good if you want to quickly recycle the air in the room. It is especially welcome in my office since I have no windows to open for fresh air.

Clean air for cancer
I'm fighting Leukemia and needed something that would both clean the air and reduce odors. L needed to reduce odors for nausea and when I have very low white blood counts could use all the help they can get. This was perfect for my bedroom. Very quiet but when I am running the ionizer at night I needed to place something over the indicator light due to it being so bright.

Odor gone
In a couple minutes the smoke odor was GONE! I just got this so haven't seen it in action with the smoker yet but...This was an exciting find at the Goodwill store for me today! Blessed!
