The Holmes® True HEPA Filter is compatible with the HAP360W Air Purifiers. This premium air filter features a 3-stage filtration system. First, a prefilter captures dust, hair, and other large particles and pollutants. Then, the HEPA air filter removes up to 99.97% of airborne pollutants and allergens, capturing particles as small as 0.3 microns. Finally, the carbon filter completely eliminates unwanted odors, from cooking, fumes, smoke, pets, and other unwanted household scents. With the Holmes True HEPA air filter, pollutants are eliminated and replaced with fresher air. For the best results for your home, we recommend changing your air filter every 12 months.

Holmes 360 air purifier
Look at to be buying three of these and love to see how much the air filters would cost to replace cannot find or the price have read the reviews which means you don't have any and the idea of having a robot giving back the replies to everybody which says the exact same thing for everyone it's ridiculous it's also pretty expensive when you expect to pay almost as much for the air filter as you did for the unit totally ridiculous I will not buy these I will find a different brand

I don't understand
I don't understand why this air purifier is still being made and sold. And yet I can't find a replacement filter anywhere, at any store. So my question is this, has anyone found a filter made by another brand that will fit the holmes 360. I bought one from another brand and I managed to get it to fit, just barely. I think this company should refund our money or make the darn replacement filters. I haven't been able to change my filter. I can't find one

NO REPLACEMENT FILTERS
Holmes should take all of these useless purifiers back. I bought 2 of them and now can’t use them. Make this right for your loyal customers . I have 4 Holmes units in my home and will never buy another . It should be illegal to sell these products knowing you won’t sell the needed parts to run them.

No filters/price of them.
I have had mine for about 8 months. I went to look for a filter and couldn’t find one anywhere. I got on customer support and apparently they are available now. The catch is they are $44.99, I bought the machine for $60. This is absolutely ridiculous.

But this product a while back and it is absolutely almost impossible to find filter replacements it is ridiculous to sell a product that requires maintenance and you do not have the product to do the maintenance

Great purifier but can’t use
They claim the filter is good for 12 months, no way. I changed ours out 7 months ago and it is absolutely ready to be changed now but of course there aren’t any filters available to purchase. So I’ll be buying a new air purifier from a different manufacturer and tossing this useless piece of plastic in the trash.

Can't get a replacement filter
I just bought this product 4 months ago. I spent $100 for it at target. Now I can't get a replacement filter anywhere. This is so aggravating! Reading other reviews all say the same thing. I am going to target to demand they no longer sell these and they should contact the holmes brand.

I'm literally buying two new units exchanging the filters and returning the units to the store. I can't find filters either and they are overdue to be replaced but I can't find fters anywhere. I guess holmes gets to eat the price of the two returned units. Shame on them for selling an air purifier with no way to replace the filter.
