The Holmes® 2-Gallon Ultrasonic Humidifier features an easy-grip handle and electronic control panel to adjust between warm and cool mist. This Holmes humidifier is energy efficient, filter-free, and includes a 12-hour timer for optimal comfort.Its virtually silent operation and 2-gallon water tank propels cool and warm visible mist for up to 120 hours on its Low setting. The tank features antimicrobial protection to prevent bacteria and mold growth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overall dissatisfied I bought this at target about 2 months ago. I used it for 2 nights bc I have very severe asthma as well as one of my cats at home has asthma. It worked for 2 nights when I went to refill it every last bit of water leaked out of it. I lost my receipt and was working full time due to covid really putting my financial situation in a bad way, never got to return or exchange the humidifier. I am trying to figure out how to contact Holmes directly to see if I can get a replacement. I spent close to over $100 on this and I’m really disappointed. I’ve tried looking up videos and tutorials to see if it’s an underlying issue that I could fix myself.. but haven’t found anything. I’ve tried doing simple things that should fix the issue & tried refilling it and tightening the cap but still leaking. The whole entire bowl will leak. It actually ruined one of my expensive end tables bc it leaked:( but I just want a new machine that won’t leak to help with my asthma bc it helped tremendously with my asthma attacks before it leaked.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far So good! It’s really been an easy humidifier to use, but now I’m having trouble finding replacement parts because I did not keep my receipt. It would be nice if it were made known immediately upon purchase to keep the receipt in order for the warrant to be valid. My problem is, this yellow crystal like material is coming out of the filter pack and I can’t get it open to pull it out. Is there a way to buy another one? What should be done about this?

At the end of winter last year i put it the humidifiers away, but one of them said refill when i put them away. When i plugged it back on this year it is still stuck on refill. Inwould like to fix it if possible, but dont know where or which part to buy. Can you help me?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not buy again We bought this a month ago, and followed the maintenance procedures, cleaning it every week. After a month it will run for an hour or two, then shuts down. I'm sure it has to do with the hard water we have, but it's supposed to filter out minerals. Unless you're willing to pony up a lot of cash for distilled water, forget this device.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product leaks after a month of use We bought this to help with the humidity in our master bedroom, and just after a month of using it, it leaks out of the bottom through the seam. I was excited about all the settings, but am now throughly disappointed. It is seeping water out on two sides through the seams.

The tank cracked while full and I woke up to a little boy who has a cold and a huge puddle of water. I spent over 100 dollars on this and so upset now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need a new cartridge. I have used this product and really like it. I need to replace the Demineralization cartridge, as it's all twisted up.. I hadn't noticed it, until the other day.. I don't want to travel all over looking for it due to Covid19.
