Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works for hours without a refill First of all the company is outstanding. I bought a Bionaire humidifier years ago and have loved it. It was a fill from the bottom and while I was filling it I dropped it. I found the company to attempt to buy a new machine and they wrote back saying they didn't make my machine any longer but would gladly replace it with this one for free. I wrote back and explained again the break wasn't a product defect but my fault. They replaced the machine anyway for free. I have used the humidifier for several weeks now and after reading some of the reviews put it in a large bowl should it decide to leak. It has worked perfectly like I have said for weeks. I love the top fill and it is quiet! I do use bottled water as the water here is very hard. My husband contracted Covid and it is really being put to the test as I now run it day and night instead of just nights. I can't say one negative thing about the company or the humidifier.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great until I cleaned it I loved this humidifier when we first got it. It had a strong stream of vapor, was very quiet and was just kind of fun to watch, especially when my cat would sit and stare at the vapor. But then I cleaned it, put it all back together and sure enough it quit working. It looks like its trying, and if I only put maybe 2 inches of water in it (not even to the bottom line in the fill window) it'll put out a weak vapor stream, but it sputters and fades in and out. I read the manual and took it apart, reassembled it, and still nothing. I'm really disappointed because this little humidifier was a lifesaver and I really came to rely on it to keep the humidity levels in my house at a nice, healthy level.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Features - Died after 1 Year I bought this a year ago and it died on me today. Really like the top-fill feature and the auto-off after 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. Not a fan of ultrasonic because it kind of hurts to breath it in, unlike a warm-mist humidifier. Nonetheless, taking two stars off because it died after 1 year of purchase. The fan that blows the mist out still turns, but the ultrasonic transducer doesn't work so there is no more vapor. We followed cleaning instructions reasonably closely. So it lasted 1 and 1/2 Michigan winters. Not worth it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dead on Arrival Do NOT buy this humidifier. It isn't worth the gas you spent to go to the store to buy it. We bought it, and it wouldn't work, straight out of the box It was completely dead. Now we have to fiddle around to resolve the situation. Save yourself a headache, DO NOT BUY this crappy product. It sucks beyond the telling.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't bother! I bough this humidifier. I was excited about the top fill and the variety of settings it has to run for different amounts of time. The down fall is there is only a high and low steam setting. The low is pointless. You can't even see anything coming out of it. I decided to still keep it as I like the other features. I have not even had this machine a week, and it just stopped working! I DID buy it on clearance but still paid $35! It is an expensive machine at regular price and I am so shocked about how crappy it is!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from CLEANED IT AND THEN IT STARTED ACTING UP I read the manual over and over to make sure I disassembled and assembled it the way it says. My friend recently got this humidifier for me because I tested positive for covid. It helped a lot. And then when I cleaned it, it started acting up!!! It would run fine and then after a few minutes later it runs but no mist comes out. I probably dissambled and put it back together so many times after that trying to figure out the problem but still. I’m frustrated and congested. Please send a new one. This sucks /:

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just not what I expected Purchase this unit thinking it would replace my holmes ultrasonic HM2610. But sadly it’s super disappointing, the top doesn’t even stay on therefore not allowing the right amount of steam to come out. Had to add tape to the back to keep the top on. And it still isn’t a snug fit. I wish they sold the unit I had above still. Just not what I expected, returning to Target.
