WHY PURIFY YOUR AIR?
We purify our water, why not our air? We eat organic food, drink filtered water and clean with anti-bacterial products. What about the air you and your family breathe? Indoor air is up to 5 times more polluted than outdoor air, according to the EPA. Americans spend an estimated 90 percent of their time indoors. Even in the cleanest homes, don’t be fooled by what you cannot see. These culprits may not be visible, but they are there wreaking havoc on the well-being of you and your family.
HOW DOES AN AIR PURIFIER HELP?
You can take precautions to help control indoor air quality and reduce the threat of these unavoidable pollutants in your home. One of the most effective ways is through air purification. By placing Holmes® air purifiers throughout your home, you can capture and trap up to 99.97% of impurities from air passing through the filter. Widely recommended by doctors and allergists, air purifiers protect you and your family all year long.
Where Are You Putting It?
Room size and area of coverage are important when determining which air purifier is right for you.
What An Air Purifier Removes
How to decide which one is right for you? Investing in an air purifier is the first step toward creating a fresh, clean indoor environment. Before making a purchase, you'll need to consider many factors, like the size of the room, if you're looking for allergy relief or just overall wellness, and which type of air filter is best for your home and lifestyle.

Great product and reasonably pricedI have used a Holme's Tower in my bedroom for several years so I bought one for the family room. I usually get sick from allergies that lead to asthma every fall. So far this season I'm symtom free. The Hepa filter products help remove mols spores and dustmites from the air making my life much easier. It's a great investment in my families health.

A Breath of Fresh AirI have both the tall Tower and the shorter ones. I am VERY pleased with them. If I didn't have them I wouldn't be able to stay in my house and definitely wouldn't be able to sleep without getting a stuffy nose. The unit gives me a breath of fresh air. As soon as I'm financially able I plan to order more.

Much ImprovedI bought an older version about 8 years ago, and it just recently made so much noise from the motor that I had to throw it out. This new unit has a simpler switch set-up and runs very quiet. I hope I get as much life out this new unit as I did from the older model.

excellent for moving air in a small roomPurchased 5 weeks ago and have been running it continuously. I have a small back room with little air flow and this product eliminates that problem. Running at low speed it makes very little noise and moves air very well. For my purposes the filtering is a plus with the filters acting like diffusers, the output air isn't "swirling" like I would get with just a fan. No idea how often the filters need changing but after a month they are just showing some discoloration. I also like that it is a light weight compact unit. Really nice product

Quiet and efficient!I got this directly from Holmes for an excellent price. The unit is almost silent on its low speed and seems to be doing a good job. Of course it is not high allergy season but it is certainly taking out odors.

air purifierThis is probably the worst air purifier available. It makes a ticking noise that is extremely annoying. Do not recommend this product.

Works but SO loudI received this unit as a replacement when my previous unit stopped working and that model was no longer in stock (side note - Holmes customer service was great and the replacement was quick & painless). It seems to be working as efficiently as the previous unit but is SO much louder. The previous model (HAP9425) sounded like a gently hum, but this one sounds like a jet engine, even on the lowest level. I tried replacing the filters and tried two different “levels” of filters and the loud volume continues.
