How do I join Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship?
Creating a Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship subscription for an item is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page, in the "quick view" section on the category page, or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.
How do I make changes to my Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship deliveries?
Once you've subscribed, Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship subscriptions are easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship subscription by visiting ‘My Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship' located in the 'My Account' section on HolmesProducts.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed. To change an order date: • To change your next order date, please visit the ‘My Next Shipment’ tab under ‘My Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship', click on 'Edit Date' near the next order date, then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order. o If the Auto-Ship order contains multiple items, and you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click the next order date for the individual item and select your desired next order date from the pop-up calendar. To skip a delivery: • To skip an Auto-Ship order, please visit the ‘My Next Shipment’ tab under ‘My Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship' and click on 'Skip Order' near the next order date to skip the entire order. To change your shipment frequency: • To modify the delivery frequency for an Auto-Ship item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab. On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each item in a drop down menu. To change the delivery frequency for an individual Auto-Ship item, simply click the arrow of the frequency drop down next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the pull down menu. To cancel Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship: • To cancel Auto-Ship for an item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab and simply click the 'edit' link next to the desired item. In the drop down section, click on ‘Cancel Subscription’. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you've chosen a reason and confirmed the choice, your Auto-Ship will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
What will happen after I join Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship?
After you join the Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship service, you will receive an email confirming your Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship. This email will include a link to access ‘My Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship' where you can manage your future orders, Auto-Ship items and account information. We will place your Auto-Ship orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. 10 days prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship account, such as item discontinuation, cancellation, or order placement confirmations
What is Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship?
Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship is the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite Holmes products. We automatically send you your chosen Holmes products based upon a frequency that you can set. The program is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your items, and we'll take it from there. With each order, you'll receive 5% off! You always have complete control over your Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship orders, and we send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships, as well as a notification when your order is placed. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity any time by visiting 'My Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship' located within the My Account section. Changes to orders can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.
What is the difference between the ‘My Next Shipment’ and ‘My Subscriptions’ tabs?
The ‘My Next Shipment’ tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information. The ‘My Subscriptions’ displays individual Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship items and all associated details for that individual item including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address and payment information.
How do I add items to my existing Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship deliveries?
By adding items to your current Auto-Ship deliveries, you’ll be able to receive 5% off on your entire order! To add items, log into your HolmesProducts.com account. Then, go to the product page of your desired item and click on the purple button that says “Choose How Often”. If the product is eligible for Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship, you’ll be able to choose your frequency and opt into Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship. Otherwise, the product will be added to your upcoming Auto-Ship order as a one-time delivery
How do I make changes to my Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship account information?
To review or modify your Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship account information, visit ‘My Holmes® Filters Auto-Ship' located within the 'My Account' section on our site. You can change the shipping address or payment information for an individual order or at the item level, which is the default option and will affect all future orders. You can also change the item quantity or the delivery frequency. • To make updates to your personal account information, please select either the ‘My Next Shipment’ tab or the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab. o To change your shipping address, please click on 'Edit' located within the Shipping Information box. This address will apply to all Auto-Ship items and future orders unless otherwise noted. o To change your billing information, please click on 'Edit' located within the Billing Information box. This address will apply to all Auto-Ship items and future orders unless otherwise noted. Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
