I AM TRYING TO CLEAN MY FRONT GRILL, BUT I CAN NOT GET IT OFF.

Certain models do not have a removable front grill. We suggest utilizing a can of compressed air to remove dirt and dust from blades or by using the brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner to vacuum the intake grills to remove lint and dirt. If your fan does have a removable front grill, please refer to the manual for cleaning instructions.
